Terms of Service

1. Quotations & Approvals

• Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
• Design proofs must be signed off in writing before production commences. Any changes requested afterwards may incur additional charges and lead time extensions.
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that breach IP, contain hate speech, or fail to meet electrical safety standards.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. EU business customers may supply a valid VAT number for reverse charge purposes.
• We accept Stripe, bank transfer, or approved trade account terms. Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before fabrication begins.
• Orders are non-refundable once materials have been committed, except where statutory rights apply.

3. Production Lead Times

Standard lead time is 10–14 working days from design approval. Express production may be available subject to workshop capacity and may incur a rush fee. Lead times exclude shipping transit times or customs delays outside our reasonable control.

4. Delivery & Risk

• We deliver across the UK mainland using insured couriers. International and offshore deliveries are quoted separately.
• Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered and signed for. Please inspect packages on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photographs.
• Installation is not included unless stated. Our fixings guide must be followed to maintain warranty coverage.

5. Warranty & Aftercare

• All LED neon signs come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering electrical faults under normal indoor usage.
• Outdoor-rated builds require IP67 upgrades. Failure to use the recommended power supply or tampering with wiring voids the warranty.
• We offer paid repair and refurbishment services after the warranty period, subject to inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

You confirm that any artwork, logos, or fonts supplied for custom signage are owned by you or that you hold permission to use them. We retain the right to showcase completed projects in marketing materials unless you request otherwise before delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses including downtime, venue hire costs, loss of profits, or damage caused by improper installation. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or statutory consumer rights.

8. GDPR & Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with us you confirm any client data shared (e.g., wedding details or brand assets) complies with GDPR requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
